    Bring the item and your receipt within 3 days of purchase. The refund goes back to your original payment method.

    Swap within 7 days with your receipt. Even swap, pay the difference, or get store credit if your new pick costs less.

    Cancellations

    In-store pickup orders can be canceled before pickup for a full refund. Shipped orders can't be canceled once they're sent.

    Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as purchased, with tags attached. Final-sale, clearance, intimates, swimwear, socks, jewelry and gift cards are not returnable. Shipping charges aren't refunded.
